The all-church "Welcome Back from Summer Potluck Picnic" will be held at Everett's Legion Park on Saturday, September 12, from 1:00-3:00 PM. We do not have cooking facilities this year, so please bring prepared food or items that do not need to be heated. You may also want to bring your own lawn chairs (or blankets if you prefer to sit on the ground).

Our men and women's Bible Studies meet at Delta on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30 PM. The groups took a break for the summer months, but classes will resume soon.

Our Delta Door outreach ministry served 236 people on August 21 and 22! Donated clothing, baked goods, bedding, books, and children's toys were given away during those two days, and the grateful smiles from customers were such a blessing. Many thanks to the volunteers who work tirelessly to make this community program such a continued success.

The Rest Stop fund-raising ministry held July 14-21 earned $2,071.85. Of the 35 (six-hour) shifts available, Delta volunteers filled 11 daytime shifts and helped with 4 nighttime shifts. One-half of the monetary proceeds benefit our annual Christmas Basket fund while the other half supports the Bethel Missions fund. Thank you to everyone who donated baked goods and the 23 Delta volunteers who staffed the booth during the week-long event.
